15. Hello Podcast Era!
I have something exciting to share… The Mindful Memo Podcast is officially live!
While I love sharing meditations on Insight Timer (and will continue to do so), the platform has its restrictions - like limited creative freedom and long approval times. And if there’s one thing I don’t love, it’s waiting!
That’s why I’ve launched The Mindful Memo Podcast - a space where I have complete creative and scheduling freedom. Not only will I be sharing meditations, but I’ll also be recording podcast episodes where we dive deeper into mindfulness, self-care, and the lessons that come with this beautiful season of life.
To kick things off, there are three brand-new meditations waiting for you, with my first sleep meditation released today. You’ll find:
A Morning Meditation to help you start the day with calm
A Midday Reset for those moments when you need a pause
A Sleep Meditation to help you unwind at bedtime
I am so obsessed with this little corner of the internet I’m creating. As I plant myself more firmly into midlife, I feel like I’m finally growing into the person I’ve always wanted to be. After years of self-doubt (and, some serious self-loathing), I’m stepping into this next chapter with more confidence, joy and self-compassion.
And I want the same for you.
More joy. More space. More self-worth. More silliness. More calm. More strength - emotional and physical (because ladies, we need to take care of our bones!).
Meditation and mindfulness have been key to shifting my perspective, but so have the empowering conversations I’ve been having with the women around me. As I step into my podcast era, I can’t wait to bring you insights from incredible women and share my thoughts on midlife, self-care, and finding more you in your life.
